By when should I RSVP? 
‍Please RSVP by August 9, 2026. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can make sure everything is perfectly arranged for you.

Do I have a plus one? 
‍Please check your invitation for the number of guests included in your RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out to Renata or Vadim directly.

What is the dress code? 
‍Black Tie. We'd love to see you dressed to the nines! 

Should I wear anything special for the Orthodox Wedding Ceremony?
‍Worry not — simply following the general guidelines of Black Tie attire should do the trick. To respect the formality and traditions of the church, we kindly ask gentlemen to wear a full tuxedo (jacket and bow tie or tie) and ladies to wear a formal, floor-length gown. One important note: while we love a glamorous look for the reception, we kindly ask that shoulders and open backs be covered during the church ceremony (a shawl or wrap works perfectly).

What to expect during the Orthodox Wedding Service?
The service lasts approximately one hour, and seating will be available. It may be quite different from what you're used to, but we'll provide programs to help you follow along and enjoy the beautiful traditions of the Orthodox ceremony. One small note: while we expect everyone to be full of excitement and energy on our wedding day, we kindly ask that you refrain from clapping, cheering, or whistling while inside the church.

How will transportation work on the day of the wedding
‍Transportation will be provided from the ceremony at St. Michael Orthodox Church to the reception at Elkins Estate. At the end of the evening, shuttles will also run from Elkins Estate to downtown Philadelphia. More details to follow closer to the date. 

What are the closest airports, and how do I get around? 
‍The closest airports are Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Uber and Lyft are both widely available throughout the Philadelphia area and are a convenient option for getting around during the weekend.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies? 
‍Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP and we will make sure they are accommodated. 

Where should I stay? 
‍We have room blocks at a few hotels at different price points for your convenience –  please check the Hotels section of this website for details. The booking deadline for all hotels is September 15 so make sure you book before then!
